How do I transfer the downloaded movie from Frostwire to iTunes?

PS: I understand how to transfer music from frostwire to iTunes and understands how frostwire works, if that helps any
click and drag the file into itunes.

open up your computer then take a dump inside it then close it back up
go to explore where it shows all your music files…then right click on the movie file and press open as iTunes. some files will not work for ipods…try downloading mp4 files.
on the left side of your Itunes they should automatically appear as under frostwire? aren’t you getting that on your ipod? the left side, says music, limewire downloads, frostwire, etc?
i have a mac also so i maybe wrong, but that is how it works on my mac and it saves onto my ipod.
So if you know how to use Frostwire/iTunes, you know that songs/videos come up in a shared folder, or whatever. Right click the video and a list of options will appear.Click “Open With” then a list will pop up of different app’s, depending on what’s on your computer. Select iTunes and it will open it in iTunes. Be patient, sometimes it takes 5-30 seconds. As I’m sure you also know, Getting things from Frostwire can mess up titles, artists, etc. Click on the video an push Ctrl+i. This allows you to change your video artist/name to suit your preference.
