How do you upload photos from your computer to your phone? (Sony Ericcson W580i)?

Does your phone have a mini SD card. If it does, get an adapter and plug it in to your computer. Then tell your computer to upload pict. from the folder that you want. Then take out the Mini SD from the adapter and plug the SD into your phone.
what you can do is send a message from your phone to your e-mail.
After you do this you check your e-mail to see what the email adress is to send something your phone.
Then you create a new email (on computer) and attatch the picture you want to send to your phone to the email and just save it to your phone once you get it.
