How to enter an age restricted panel at an Anime convention without showing an Identification card?

I really wouldn’t suggest it. :[ It causes the staff a lot of stress and can lead to you being kicked out. I really don’t think there is a way, anywho, to get into a restricted panel without showing your con badge - I’ve seen them check elders before at an 18+ panel.
Most conventions won’t let you in without an ID, period. The staff doesn’t like having to do that and they don’t want to ruin anyone’s fun, it’s just that there is some material at age restricted panels where conventions could get into trouble if minors were there.
Cons are typically run by groups of everyday fans — volunteers — who can’t afford the legal issues that could arise. Also, the convention itself might not be able to run the next year if legal issues happen because most cons don’t have that much money carry over from year to year (just enough to cover the deposit it takes to reserve the space) and any legal issues would eat that money right up.
I’m sorry to disappoint, but at any con I’ve been to with an age restricted panel there has been a con staff person at the door checking IDs for the entire duration of the event and no person without an ID is allowed entry.

Unless you look 15, you should be fine. Dress nicely, and try not to act like a 15 year old. Really though, ID is highly recommended. It’s better than getting there and not getting in.
Don’t sneak it either. You might get kicked out of the convention altogether or even worse banned. It’s not good for you or the staff, and if the staff is any good you WILL be caught. Just take ID. It’s worth it.
