Oh, you need to download MediaCoder then convert your video to MP4 which is iTunes playable “mediacoder is a free software”
iPod supports only mp4 video, you just need to convert your decrypted file to mp4 video, then you can add it to iTunes library and sync it to your iPod. If you want to know how to convert video for iPod, I think this guide would help you
