How to get the internet from my sisters laptop to my laptop?

you cant. you need that card. if you have the card you should be able to use it. the cards are registered to one user, alos they dont transmit a signal, they just accept one from the verizon cellular network.
You can’t use the Internet through her computer. You’d have to get an independent contract with Verizon with a wireless card to connect to the Internet wherever you want.

First off, you can’t get internet from another computer. Since she has no LAN, and uses a connect card, you will have to make a pretty significant investment if you want one for yourself.
It will cost you about 40 bucks a month.
Otherwise, you can just steal hers and jab it into the USB port of your laptop. (=
