replace the rice with veggies, maybe add a few nuts/seeds depending on the fish… and youll have a balanced meal.

That form of sushi was actually nigiri. Also I saw that someone said nori was seaweed in truth it’s not. Nori is made from algae.
i never had sushi, but i have wrapped rice balls in nori (sushi seaweed).
