this is great i found how to relax when i feel stresse i am interested in astral projection but i dont think i am ready yet it may be scary can any one tell me what it is like?
Meditation gets me high as it is. So In cant imagine..

there are multitudes of benefits from meditating…some changes ive noticed about myself are:
higher threshold to deal with everyday circumstances, less of an appetite yet still optimum health, less sleep yet a higher functioning capability than normal.
Recently… i had my first astral projection (before this incident i not only did not know what it was… but also had little beliefs of astral projection).
I now know that almost anything is capable with our minds. It just takes time
i got high a couple of times and meditated

im interested very much in meditationa and chakra all the things releated to this im interested in it and im wondering on trying it and experiencing the things you go through when in meditation and other various things what exactly does meditation accomplish in the body and mind not to mention soul please answer my question im very interested in this and im trying to get as much info on these things as possible id like a teacher if possible…
i am a very active participant of meditation… an hour a day spent to it no less… often two. I find myself in my readings playing these steadfast and peaceful videos in the background, before i delve into my deeper awareness.

Hey when you meditate like..you don’t think about anything, your mind is clean and you feel relax. while breathing with your nose, and exhaling with your mouth, does that make you like a little stronger?
Because I was bored, I had this metal bar, I tried to bend it but I couldn’t then I meditated, after I just tried to bend it again,
I did it fast and It felt like I didn’t even try.
But at first I kept trying hard but I coudn’t!
it worked on me
if i close my eyes my mind wanders alot, but if i sit in the dark with only a candle lit, i can stare through the flame with very few stray thoughts.
It’s because you were too worry about the position of your body. My suggestion is try to relax and don’t pressure your body. Just loosen it by observing your own face with your eye closed ( like you’re watching yourself in a mirror) and see if there’s any emotion either good or bad. Emotion alway present on the FACE. emotionless means relaxing. Hope this help!

I’m new to meditation and the first time I sat down for 20 minutes. I noticed two distinct experiences in my body. The fist experience was that whilst my body was still, inside my body and in my head, I felt as though I had just come off a merry go round. The second experience, during the same meditation, was that only on the right side of my body, my eye was flickering, my face was twitching and I had twinges in my leg. I was hoping perhaps somebody would be able to help me understand this?

1=feel comfortable when you sit or somthing
2=control your breath inhale 6 times whit mouth and let out whit mouth 3 times and 3 times whit nose.
3=observe your breathing
4=no need to close your eyes,just like an halfopen curtain,-this is to avoid sleeping
btw for the materialists
there is a small area in your head which is continiously under stress.
whit meditation you avoid stress and that small area in your head will calm down
in normal state its even under pressure when youre sleeping
The meditation helps in the Out of Body Experience too…And it’s not very hard to do…You Only have to believe that You can do it…
No u still breath but u still the thoughts, and therefore awaken to infinite possibility not just the past or future: Now.
