sorry never heard of a chicken breast steak….just chicken breast or steak not both
but for suace melt butter and oil, addd mushrooms, cook down for 5-10 minutes then add white or red wine and let it cook for afew minutes then pour over whatever meat you are eating
Sautee boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, in butter until done… add a can of drained button mushrooms blended with some chicken broth and a tsp. of corn starch as a thickener. Allow to thicken as a gravy.
