i am in the same situation, and i have two sites bookmarked for that purpose.

i started with the zentao one, and i liked the way it went over the proper right AND left hand techniques in the first lesson, and i can still go back to those lessons and learn something new i missed the first time.
justinguitar is my favorite, because it has a lot more of a “personal” feel, justin is some guitar teacher in europe or something, the best thing i’ve learned from that site are the scales, and what they actually are
these are the two best sites i’ve used to actually learn stuff, rather than just play songs
